  Very unsatisfied with Belmont Village, Rancho Palos Verdes. The facility is dirty. When visiting my Mother I saw a mouse run across the room. They set traps in the room. Once they caught a mouse they left the traps in clear sight. The carpet was filthy, their response they only clean the carpets once a year. I complained about the spell in the room which they did not have a satisfactory answer. After my Mom passed away and we were packing up her room we found a dead mouse in the closed under some clothes.
  When my Mother passed away no staff member offered any condolences except for the Cook. We did receive flowers a few weeks later.
  The guests in the Neighborhood are treated like cattle. Moved from their room to the sitting room.
  The staff is not well trained on how to treat guess on Hospice or how to treat family members when their loved ones have passed.
